
If you don't experience the same issue, continue to User-specific issues. I have the normal File, Edit, Song, View (where I find the option to use the visualizer), Controls, Account, and Help. I did look up the question and only found some instructions on going to My Music tab, however I don't have that when I open the iTunes on my computer.

If you have the same issue in the new user account, skip to System-wide issues. I cannot get the visualizer to work when I play my music on iTunes now.
